I've tried selling this account for 3-4 weeks now and nobody will buy it. I also need around $30 right now so I can buy a steam game. It has been my account since level 3 and will not be recovered.

There is 0 catch. I'm fairly trusted on a few sites including RuneGear. Its been my account from lv3 and I just want to get rid of it. I have no intention on playing Runescape anymore.

I think you'd have better luck if you sold it for more, although you can't really anymore, some people usually go by a small rule and that is;
"If it's too good to be true, then it usually is"
