Okay, so im trying to set up a paypal business account and i fill in all the information on the second part such as my name, email, and shit like that..
but it still gives me a message like this

You're calling people kid but asking if premier accounts cost money? There's a big search engine called Google that answers most retarded questions now'adays to save the embarrassment. Or you know, you could go to Paypal and ask the same stupid question there.
