PayPal Charge back

Some fuck boy charged back on my account and now I'm negative $-35.10

I want to know how I can dispute it. It was for a Instagram but I don't know how to show PayPal that the kid is lying and that he received what he payed for.

Someone please help me deal with this shit before I get depressed and spiral down a long road of pain meds and $1.49 10 piece chicken nuggets from Burger King

But PayPal wants me to show proof

If he claimed it as not received, go on Amazon and buy something which includes the tracking number and ship it to him and add the tracking number to case. Then BOOM; easy win

How would I ship it to him if it was friends and family and he didn't provide me a address? Also I just ordered something on eBay so can I put that tracking number in instead?

Oh. I guess you can try. If PayPal find out it's a virtual good (only way they can is through looking at notes), then I suppose it would be declined. I think you can easily win. call PayPal up and make some bs up tell them you posted it ages ago and provide the tracking. If the tracking shows its delivered, they'll put dispute in you favour on phone without any question.
