Paypal Charge Back

Is there a guaranteed way to win a charge back, or atleast some things to help me possibly win the chargeback.

I am a minor, don't have a bank or card added to my PayPal. If that matters.

The charge back is only $20, but if someone helps me I'll give you $5 of the $20.
Or any reasonable amount.

Someone charged me back too, and I have so many orders i dont even know who it was

I think you can buy something off amazon and get the transaction ID

I pretty much made a sob story, and told PayPal that I bought my friend lunch, and PayPal was the only way to pay me back. Also, that my brother recently deceased and that I need to have money for the funeral.
