PayPal disputes and suggestions of faulty ways of winning chargebacks

Some people usually complaining that they've been scammed or are worried sick that they've been scammed or lied to. A few people respond stating that they should create a chargeback saying that the payment made was an "unauthorised payment" because there account was hacked or something along the lines of that. Recommending people lie on disputes to trick the system surely should count as PayPal fraud? I have just been wondering about this for a while and I don't think it should be allowed as it is indeed fraud, to an extent.

I agree with this, I've only used this excuse twice tho because I've been scammed twice and someone made a thread on here that is what I should say.

Btw, its unauthorized not unauthorised .

That is fraud, and obviously not allowed here...

I know, that's what I am talking about. So, if I see it in the scam reports section I should report it for fraud, correct?
