PayPal Help!

So, for some reason I can't send any money out of my paypal, such a shame, cause I wasted 35$ to get 30$ onto it.

I am too young to get my SSN/ITIN, so I don't know what to do.

Any ideas?
Adding a passport # doesn't seem to work either.

Other then asking my parents, which is a big NO, what can I do?

And, on what kind of documents are these things located?

You do know your born and given a SSN..

@Devour , I thought you needed to be 18 to get your SSN.

Nevermind, I guess I just have to find it. (Little chance of that, but it specifically asked me for my ITIN, so I really do not know.

ITIN most people don't have since it was made some what recently.

I'm 90% postive that you have to send in a photo id and prove to paypal you are who you say you are. Good luck.

Well that sucks, they wanted an ITIN, but I don't even know anymore.

I might just tell @Sector to send chargeback, since I can't use the funds. Or I might refund. But he is afk now

I doubt it'd help.
You have to provide government ID I believe.
What's the big problem with telling your parents? That's most likely the easiest way.

@Deuce cause my parents don't even know what PayPal is. There "old style" as one would say, and explaining this whole thing to them and then I'd have to explain why I spent 35$ on something (In their eyes) so pointless.
Just a really big headache.

Can't you just say you need them to fax their ID's for a Steam/Origin account and just fax it to PayPal instead?

No, anything related to computers is automatically a No, Its just the way my parents view the internet/gaming.

u need a credit card on it lol, u cant send $ without it

No you do not. And I do have a bank account fully linked with it.

Why not just ask your parents, they are the ones with your social security card more than likely anyways.

I got mine when I was 15, Not sure how/why they give it when you're born in america.

I won't charge back. Just refund that payment and I will hold it until needed.
