I have $100+ in my PayPal but when I try to send money to people I keep getting this error 'We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now.'

How do I fix this?

do you have ur bank account linked to ur paypal? in other words, is ur paypal verified?

No but I have a credit card linked

Okay. in that case it is most likely ur internet. i would just wait a few hours and try again. sorry but thats all i can think of

There is an open investigation on the account, they are reviewing ; it may be linked to another etc. Wait 24hrs and try again.
