So around April of last year my account got limited, and every acount I've made since then has alot gotten limited.

I suspect its because of multiple accounts on the same IP?

Well anyways I want to sell certain things on ebay and I wanted to know what the best way to open a new stealth payapl acount..

I know it was something to do with a Canadian paypal but Im not sure on the rest. thanks

OT: I'm 90% sure that this would be because you're using the same IP.

He probably has a static ip he just needs to call his ISP
