PAYPAL HELP

Ok so, i was going to buy a kik off of @noscope for somebody because he wouldnt accept paypal from them. So he asked if i could pay for it for him. When he sent i was swnding it to @noscope and it says i cant send for 21 days. WHAT DO I DO. Is there any way i can send this today. I have never had this problem before. Someone help.

I have never had this problem but if I were you I would call PayPal support and see if there is anything they can do about it.

@Psyche I had this problem a while back when someone send as goods and services, but when I tried sending money I had no problems.
Try testing it by sending a dollar to a friend or something.

It says the money is pending. I have to wait 21 days or something

That means they sent it as goods or services, paypal wants to make sure you delivered the goods. Only way around it is to refund them and have them send it as family/friends.

Click transaction details (just click on the transaction in the recent transactions section) and click issue refund towards the bottom.
