I am looking for someone to call and get me a refund of $135 that I paid to someone for deck access. They have since scammed me the access and I sent as family and friends so I am kinda screwed. My account has all my info on it, and is verified. It also has $300+ on it so if you need access and you aren't near trusted then you can fuck off. I need someone to walk me through calling paypal and telling me what to say to get my stuff back. I will provide someone with $20 if the refund is successful.

I don't think phoning will help too much, I think they will tell you to make a ticket thing but there is something you can do. Say you didn't authorize the payment sent for example someone went on your account and sent it over. I've done this ages ago when I got scammed and it worked luckily. Good luck with this case.

No, I haven't even attempted anything yet because I really want someone to help me with this. I could bump up and pay $40 to anyone who can get this done for me.

EDIT: My PayPal is fully verified, I have won every dispute made, and I have practically no reason to lose this one if someone could help me with the calling process. The other user is not verified at all.
