no, i used the same shit. but the person who sent me the $35 wasnt verified w paypal.

Either he got limited when he sent it, or he sent the money and then closed his dummy/unverified

he sent as goods, but i just called paypal because i wanted to know when i would get the money. they said 24-48 hours.

A bit inconvenient but you got lucky. Usually it's 21 days for the first time getting as goods. After this you should get them instantly
