I'm not entirely sure about this, but to lift the limits, you'll have to link your account to either a credit card/bank account.

^ I guess that means you are under 18.

And to lift Paypal limits you need to verify your Paypal account, just link it too your bank account, you can do that as a youth. It takes like a week and a half though.

If you dont have a Bank Account, use a fake ID. Probably the best and quickest way to unlimiting PayPals IMO.

If your under 18, you can make a debit account with your parent or legal guardian's permission, and get the statements from there. All of that though takes a bit of time. Maybe a week.
