So recently I got my money back in a case with 2 people, I received $29 back. But along with that I received a notice that my PayPal is limited. I did the first two steps: Changing your password, updating security questions. But now, the last step has me identify myself, I don't have the phone number that is has a code sent to, and the other options I can't do (certain reasons). Is there anyway I can get this fixed?
