i have 2 limited paypals, one is perm limited , the other i havent appealed yet , is there anyway to get funds off a perm limited one ? and the one un appealed can anyone help me win it if i put fake info?

You have to wait 6 months then you will be able to withdraw the funds to a bank account.

EDIT: Aslong as you're in the same country as the paypal was made in.
