PayPal Policy Update (Important)

So recently PayPal decided that they will no longer ve a part of eBay. Because of this split they are updating their policies. I noticed one policy that might hurt or help users on here.

Policy: We've expanded our PayPal Buyer Protections to include intangibles like digital items and services.

Thought I'd let you guys know since users mostly deal with digital items on here.

Policy goes in effect on July 1, 2015.

This will either make it easier or harder to scam.
