So recently PayPal decided that they will no longer ve a part of eBay. Because of this split they are updating their policies. I noticed one policy that might hurt or help users on here.

Policy: We've expanded our PayPal Buyer Protections to include intangibles like digital items and services.

Thought I'd let you guys know since users mostly deal with digital items on here.

Policy goes in effect on July 1, 2015.

This will either make it easier or harder to scam.

If they make a policy to cover intangible items or online shit they're fucking stupid. Because that's just gonna make fraud more frequent

Yea that's what I thought. There were a few more, but this one was the only major one.
