I recently tried sending 4$ to someone on PayPal, I have never sent money from this PayPal to anyone before. It's giving me a error telling me I'm exceeding the $500.00 sending limit. If anyone can tell me how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

Is your email verified?
If not verify it and add anything else you can.

Try to add a debit card/bank account to the account. This will let you send/withdraw more money out of the account.

Yeah I think it's the Email or it could be the card

I can't verify the credit card or bank account way because I don't have a credit card and I don't have access to my bank account since I'm not old enough.

I believe you're unable to send/withdraw money if it's an American PayPal and is unverified.

You can't just expect to use paypal without a card or bank account, unless you do it through bill me later, they do not do monthly fees, trust me I use it.

You need to get your Paypal verified.

Magneto I've used paypal plenty of times before without having to link anything to it. Prepare, no they hate PayPal lol.

Then honestly idk what to tell you my child, hope you can figure it out.

I was going to suggest a student PayPal account. You don't need a credit/debit card on it.

He only needs 3k now someone help him out, sure he can offer something in return.

The $500 dollar limit is Bullshit. I made a PP awhile back, had like $60 on it & it got limited. Exactly why I don't use PP. Oh and the chargebacks suck ass as well.

Paypal can be quite tough. I recommend adding a credit card to the account or if your paypal is temporary add like an etrade that you can remove right after. Also verify the phone number if you dont want to use your real one then look up apps on the app store on apple or android. Good luck if you need help hmu
