PayPal Problem

I was signing into my PayPal and I get an error saying this:​

[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else, and I did enter the right information, I even changed my password and I got the same error.[/font]​

[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]EDIT: I still can't sign into my PayPal account on my computer but I am able to sign in from my phone.[/font]​

Log in through your phone. If that doesn't work you're most likely screwed.

Thank you so much! [font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]I didn't think it will work but it did and I use a VPN for PayPal so I don't know if someone else created an account with the same VPN. [/font][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]I only have one PayPal account.[/font]
