i can't send $15 to someone is it limited ?

i tried adding a debit card didnt work

i tried family & friends & services too didn't work either​

What's it telling you?
You may just need to call up PayPal, they have an anti-fraud system which screws with some transactions.
If it doesn't say your account is limited in your past transactions page, then you're not.

Does it say its limited? Usually theres a giant red bar on top saying your limited if you are.

it just says "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

This happened to me awhile back, the lady told me it was just some anti-fraud or whatever system which detects weird transactions automatically.

Call them up and tell them you have a problem, they should tell you to sign out and back in and it should be fixed.

They'll need to verify some things with you on the account.

i fixed it i just dwonload the paypal app on my phone and sent it throught there

MAke sure the card is confirmed with billing aDdress.
