This money will be moved to your available balance
and released to you within 21 days (as long as there
are no problems with your orders). See your funds
availability details."

so do i have to wait 21 days to use the money or what ?
cause when i try using my balance to buy it says to add
a card or pre-paid card​

Did you sell an item on eBay? Regardless, it should be available to spend in a few days, 21 days is the maximum amount of time it'll take to be released.

not an ebay item it was sent to me over paypal

That bizarre, I use to get that message when I was first selling on eBay. It should be released for availability at some point during this week.

I had $50 dollars coming into me and paypal terminated the request
