Do you have to have a PayPal account to pay someone?

On ebay you can use the option "Don't have PayPal, Pay by card option".

Please let me kniw guys a my PayPal is -$650 (-£320) and I want to buy off here.

you can use paypal, for ebay if thats what you're asking master.

My details are on record obvs so I cant see that working. It would have to be a false name etc but that is long and I don't know how I'd add another card. Where can you buy paypal gift card?

I have an account that is -200+ for stupid ass reasons. I'd like to tell you that I simply made a new account. My new account has a bank and card connected and it's been working fine. The only downside to this is the fact that if you call Paypal they are going to look at those records.

You can buy them from Walgreens or anywhere like that.
You have to pay in cash though, however then the card can be redeemed on PayPal.
It's basically MoneyPak but designed by PayPal.

Hmm... I'm unsure. Sorry for stating a vague situation. Just use a different currency: BTC, etc. Also, as stated above, you can use MoneyPak cards.

I am from uk though so I don't have them shops. I need a link to properly set up btc.
