I think my paypal got limited for some reason, I don't even know why.
I had my bank linked on to it, home address linked, and everything 100% my information. So I logged in and they're asking me photo ID, proof of address, and provide proof of SSN.
I have no problem in providing them any proof, what I want to know is can I take a picture of my ID and send that to them?
Also, for proof of address what would be a good information to send them? My parents pay for the electric bill and all those bs so I don't know what would be a good document to provide for them.
And for my SSN proof, can I send them a picture of my SSN card?
