You need to explain this. Since giving fake details/documents is against the law and is know as "blackhat activities"

Hey I have an pp with $30-40 in it. I could be like your vouch copy if you can unlimit it and verify with the noney in it is yours. Just want the pp to be fixed.

Ya im not going to give out vouch copies, that doesn't make any sense for this type of service, I just deduct the fee of the funds im able to get unlimited.

Well, this isn't a reason.

It's like I go obtain 10 xbox ones with stolen credit cards and I would say that I have a method which is legal.
