Does anyone help verify American paypal's? I have seen this a few places and am just wondering if anyone here does it.

I just saw one on a different forum, They were charging $7 for verification. But I don't think there are any on here.

Thanks for the reply. Was just wondering as I can't use any of the money on my Paypal until I get the limit removed or it verified. :/

Oh, if you have $10 irl you can go to wal-mart and purchase a prepaid debit card, that will lift your sending limits
