Okay so i have a paypal but the only problem is that i dont have a credit/debit card or bank account.. so i was wondering how i would put money on it and say someone gives me 2 dollars on my paypal, can i then use that 2 dollars to buy something without a credit card or bank account?

Because it isn't verified. You can get a Canadian account which is already somewhat verified enough to send/recieve money by visiting http://paypal.ca

Alternatively you can use Philly's eBook by upgrading to Onyx and finding it in the Private section.

Buy a visa gift card from Wal-Mart. It lifts the sending limit on your paypal so you can send money to people.

Also, to put money on your PayPal, buy a Money Pak card. It's basically a gift card for PayPal.
