Correctly, or in most cases. I'm not a fan of PP that much hence why I don't hold more than $100 in my PP at a time haha.

I can help you with this, Last month I was scammed out off $100 . Nigga never promoted me.

And yes I won the chargeback, got the funds back 3days later

in this case you have to contact paypal directly in order to get your money back, did you put anything in the notes when you sent the payment?
 
Just go to history select the payment then dispute after you dispute press escalate to paypal claim then it'll take 10 or less days but you will get the money back

if you can't file a dispute use this link and explain them the situation (seller told me to send as f&f, or you can mention someone had unauthorised access to your account, just don't mention the transaction was for a virtual item)
