yearly receive limit only happens unless your not verified. so yea there is. Im not sure the number but I know that the canadian premiere account has the highest amount per year.

I was verified still last year and i had one. but it seems to have gone away.

weird. ive sent out/received like 2000$ but idk the limit so...

Might be different outside of the EU but my limit is €2500 a year, so roughly $3000. Fully verified with real info.
Raising the limit requires upgrading to a business account.
Look for a "view account limits" option. It should be next to your account status (premier, ...) and verification status.
I'd show you but my paypal is in Dutch as I live in Belgium.
