Pc for me

If I have good points at school I will get a new Pc from my parrents. :)D lol) But I want a good one. I mainly will game on it( like mw3 etc), sometimes I render some videos, I will probably also run a server on it. I multitask alot btw :D.

The Pc I have in my mind is the Dell XPS 8300, with:
-Intel® Core™ i7-2600 Processor (3.40GHz, 8MB)
-16.384 MB 1.333 MHz Dual Channel DDR3 (4 x 4 GB)
-2 TB HHD (2x1 TB With RAID 0 I think)
-NVIDIA® GeForce GT 545 1GB DDR5

Not sure if I should take a better graphic card. Also not sure to take 16 Gig RAM, I can chose between 8(4x2 or 2x4), 12 (2x4 + 2x2) or the 16 (4x4).

Suggestions ?:)

Well, first off it's parents*..

Anyways, you don't need 16GB of RAM, more is not better. 8 gigs of DDR3 will be enough. The CPU and everything else is fine, But you may want to upgrade the graphics card to something better, you wont regret it.

This is why you should build it instead of buying it pre-built.

I can also chose for the 1.25GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560 Ti GDDR5, It costs 240 euro (about $320) more. And if I take 8 GB RAM I save about the same as the graphics card costs. So would it be better to do that?

And yes I don't really care about my spelling.

Also looked at the Alienware Aurora, but with the same specs, it costs 200 euros more. But it does has a nicer case, cools the processor with liquid(I think :d) and has more expansion slots, as the Dell XPS 8300 only has one PCI Express.

Slots
Memory Slots
6x 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM Slots
PCI Slots
(2x) PCI-Express 2.0, PCI-e x16
(2x) PCI-e x1

Makes it even harder for me to choose lol, not sure how much it may cost for my parents.

Never pick Dell or Alienware. Why don't you build? i7 2600 is pretty useless if your not rendering. i5 2500k will do just as well. GTX560 Ti is an alright graphic card. But 6950 is better in performance.

True and it dose run bit hotter compare to GTX560 Ti. But it does have eyefinity and Crossfire is far more better.

Well I do render sometimes. And I'm looking for the best components for building my own Pc, where should I buy them?

I've also been thinking about buying an SSD to put my OS on. My teacher software development told me he had one and his windows starts up and is fully loaded in 10 seconds.

I'm from Belgium (Europe). And the max will be like 1500 euros (If I get 80% for maths, I have my exam over 1 hour lol), else I can just pay extra with my own money, but the 1500 has to be for everything, monitor, keyboard, mouse, sound system etc.
