Pc Issues

Alright, honestly I have no clue what the hell is wrong. But it seems like everytime my dumbass mother and grandmother turn on their laptops, they can connect to the router but have no internet access.

After they've bothered me endless times -all I did was unplug the router- they finally took actions into their own hands. I'm now experiencing random D/C's and losing high risk fights because they can't wait 5 minutes to play their damn Facebook games.

Any solutions as to why this happens? Also yes I'm very mad over my pixels. :l

What router do you have, it may be blocking them for some reason going into the settings setup a secure wifi and make them use it or save the password over.

It's simple. We, uh, kill the Facebook.

Linksys Wrt54g2 Wireless-g
There is a password on it, whenever they reset their PCs it just doesn't let them connect to the internet. They can access the router cpanel thing just fine.
