Only through empathy, can there be true peace.
Only through understanding, can there be empathy.
Only through knowledge, can there be understanding.
Only through opening your mind, can there be knowledge.

Essentially, I'd like feed back on the above. Any and all thoughts pertaining to the above are not to be discounted as irrelevant, be it for, against, or otherwise.

I like the message, two things:

I feel like patience should be included, idk if empathy is close enough.

The biggest thing though, is i think its backwards. Like the last line should be the first, and the first line should be the last.

I remember choosing to write it like that for a reason but can't remember why atm. I picked empathy because when I think of something I am empathetic towards, I think of something I wouldn't want to see harm come too. That, at least for this example I suppose, is close enough to how I can put this idea into words.

I love these sentiments. The idea that if humanity finally looked upon itself and saw what we he had become, that we could change. If the energies spent on war and hate could be shifted to the development of new technologies, new thoughts and new people then we could truly exist in a golden age of humanity. An age of progression, ascension from our island prison into the vast sea of light ahead. Tales spread throughout the galaxy of the Human Empire, of it's rise like a phoenix from the gluttony of it's ancestors. If humanity saw itself, we could achieve goals far beyond our current frame of mind, for what man can dream, man can do.

I was with you until tales of Human Empire. That bit just gave me a chuckle but the idea is kinda what I was getting at.

Yeah haha, I don't really know what I was thinking when I wrote this. I've just been to see Elysium so I'm all sci-fi pumped aha.

You can word these anyway you'd like, and it would make sense.
