You know how when someone makes a farewell thread and say they are leaving, but come back the next week or couple days?

Its kinda annoying right? I thought of resetting their koins if they come back to the forum before they say they are, or come back the next week,. It would keep people from doing it.

Tell me what you think.
 
Philly made a post awhile ago saying they are not allowed to make a farewell thread unless they aren't coming back I'm pretty sure.
 
Resetting their Koins isn't going to really do anything, it's not really one of the best punishments.

If they say they're leaving and come back within a few days(some don't even leave at all), just give them like a week ban or something. That's better than resetting their Koins, no one wants to be banned.

Uh, removing all their rep, or their awards, or post count might get people to not do it...Koins? As far as I know all you can do with Koins is buy Onyx (which everyone already has pretty much), or sell them for money but no one buys them. Doing shit with their koins will do nothing to their decision.

Well for now on let's delete all their rep or something unless they either have a legitimate reason for coming back and not leaving or if they come back after a year because things have changed or something.
 
Forumkorner is so awesome its just hard to stay away.
 
No one cares about Koins since the reset. They were promised to be better, but no one cares. You should either remove all of their rep besides the negative ones or just ban them for a month.
 
why did you delete my post i did nothing wrong and i made a valid point. nobody cares about koins so reseting their koins wouldn't stop them from coming back two days later.
before you just delete my post next time actually take my point into consideration
 
If you think about it, most posts are deleted for having an opinion. There's no point to even share an opinion if it can't stay.
 
Resetting any type of stats is bullshit imho, they earned whatever they got.
Just give them a 1 week ban and call it a day. Make sure to include it in the rules for future reference if that's the case.

Exactly. They shouldn't have anything reset at all.

A good portion of posts here are for attention. Who cares if they make a thread, why punish them when no one could give a shit less if they leave or stay?

I'm new and my threads get deleted because I'm new I think idk but my life hasn't been the same since I started my new job at kmart
 
Well, you'll just piss people by resetting koins, so I don't think it's a solution. Rather a warning level will solve the problem.
