You can see the sections and also last posts but when you click on them you will be redirected to the register page? If yes, then it's good.

No, when I click "Hide for Guests" it shows the forums with "-" post count.
I want it to show post count and threads, but no being able to see the content of the thread.

Maybe you have to change something in the php...
Or just look for a plugin like AllyMac said
