Philly doesn't like scammers!

Ok, so I was in a party today with Philly on XBL, he thought I was AFK, so he started telling Tiger how he hates scammers. Then I heard him mention Racks (Rarity). He said lots more, but all I heard was the part where he wants to handcuff him to a pole and run him over with a streetsweeper. Btw, he said he was gonna use Christy's cuffs. LOL, don't be offended Philly, you know it's true!

I forgot to mention in the original post, Philly had real hard feelings when trying to cuff racks to a pole. He didn't want to take Christy's cuffs away from her.
