Why sell the ability to have .gif userbars when they don't look good on this forum? Anybody with relative knowledge in graphics would know that it is impossible to have a .gif image perfectly transparent, without have a box around it. If you didn't know this, I'd suggest you read over my rant thread again.

I told you that having two themes would get you in this situation, but I guess you've forgotten.

No reason to ever use gifs besides to be flashy, which is not needed.

But I do agree it's bullshit he's selling the right to a .gif userbar when he said he'd stop selling groups and you could buy them only from the current owners (has been said multiple times too).

I'm not mad at Philly. It's his forum, and if he wants to make it look like shit then that's up to him. Though I'm concerned for myself and other user's if these were to be implemented on multiple themes, as having to endure these eye sores would discourage me from using this forum.

To me the whole thing sounds as if he hasn't done his research.
