Philly doesn't do deals over AIM, Skype, or anything other than FK PM's. Someone is attempting to scam you.

He's just using excuses to try and seem like he's the real Philly. Just block him and move on with your day.

Just leave as simple and easy as he doesn't deal through aim, he will probably just ignore you. Just pm him when dealing with him.
