Hey guys, I have stumbled upon a few quotes in my day that have influenced me greatly. I was hoping some of you have some that you would be willing to share as well. I kind of wanted to stay on the whole philosophical/psychological/speculation/saving the world theme, thats why Im posting it in this section.

Please try not to post quotes from movies, songs, or your grandma
Also, nothing super cliche that everyone here has already heard.

Example:

"Two possibilities exist. Either we are alone in the Universe, or we are not. Both are equally terrifying."

-Arthur C. Clarke

Care to explain what that means to you?

Quotes can be interpreted to have multiple meanings, so if the message isnt blatantly obvious feel free to decipher it in your perception.
