Photoshop Error Help?

My Photoshop (Cs5) will work fine when opened all the tools work etc.

When I click : Place or Open it closes the program.

Any idea how to fix this?


If not does anyone have a clean link that's not a torrent?
 
If you download the Photoshop CC trial (newest version), I'll give you the file that cracks it.
