Pictures of proof?

I was wondering how do you guys get your pictures of proof? Like a picture of the screen, put it on a website then link it here?
 
I use a program called snipping tool to take a picture of me logged into the account. Then I upload the picture to an image hosting site. There are many image hosting sites you can choose from but I use www.Minus.com

Snipping Tool comes with Windows 7 and Vista free.

or you can use gyazo which snips the selected area of a photo and uploads it for you
