Nothing at all accept a brain and some logic. Also it would help if you had a used minecraft gift code. But it doesn't matter.

Like 2 ~ 3 bucks.
Based on the sales on this site.
You could probably get 10 out of them off of a site that doesn't know how "cheap" they can get.

I'm not exactly sure, probably a forum full of little kids with access to their parent's credit cards. Maybe on xbox as well. But OTR, i'm not really sure, you can still make hella profit off of them in the long run.
