Planking + Wall = Abs

This is 3 times harder than a plank and rips ur abs! All you have to do is go into a plank next to a wall, and then put your feet up als high as you can on the wall (with your hands still on the floor) and hold it for as long as you can!

I'm 98.9% sure that's a handstand.

You at a 45 degree angle with the floor and the wall, in a planking position. It is harder to do than a plank and it improves your abs and core strength

You will also pass out out with increased blood flow to the head, and end up with a broken nose lol.

Do it for however long you feel like it biologic; however, be mindful of that. I would said doing it for 45 - 60 seconds a day would be good for most people. After all, it is harder than a plank if you do it the right way

I would say definitely. It is a core strength exercise. For average people I would most likely recomend 45 - 60 seconds a day, but what ever you feel confortable with will work also. Don't over do it though, the blood will begin to flow to your head if you do it for over a few minutes. That wouldn't be good, unless you like passing out and hurting your face. If you start to get dizzy, then you probably should have stopped a little earlier.

I think I might just stick with the regular plank, leglifts, and weight decline cruches with twist but tyanks though
