I've got an aim, but people always ignore me, or reply like 3 hours after I message them on it. I gave up on aim.
Good recomendation for those whom it may concern though.

Many people only like to talk or deal on site, It is "safer" for them or they don't want to be spammed.

You simply use the quiet/block mode for spam, and request a PM if they want proof for a deal.
