[Plugin] Remove Nested Quotes

This happens when a user quotes a post that includes another quoted post, thus quoting two posts in one post.
This makes the post look ugly.

This is fixable by using the following plugin:
http://mods.mybb.com/view/imei-no-quote-in-quotes-2.0.1

I wish there was a limit, they build up to too many, 3 would be fine, but any more and I get annoyed.
I will have Prodigy take a look at this.
