Poison's Pardon Request

Why is @Poison allowed a second pardon? The rules state that you must wait six months before posting another pardon.

He hasn't compensated everyone. Even if he did, that's not grounds for another pardon.

Nothing in this thread states that you are allowed a second pardon if you compensate everyone. It's unfair to members who were only allowed one pardon, even if they had already compensated anyone who had been harmed due to their original ban reason.

Poison doesn't deserve another pardon if the original one was denied. Everyone's pardon lasts a week and then they must wait six months for another. That's the rules.

After a user has created a pardon, they will be given seven days (one week) to win the forum team's vote majority. A pardon must undergo a forum team vote in which the majority ruling is the final ruling. If a user's pardon is denied for whatever reason, they must wait six months to request an additional pardon.

The point that I am attempting to make is that the rules are being bent in @"Poison"'s favor. He must wait six months before creating another pardon.

I cannot stand by allow the rules to be bent in favor of a scammer. @Narc?

Greed told me that everyone has been paid back, and made the situation sound diffrent then it was. From what I understood from the brief two minute convo was that he paid everyone back and all staff members agreed on him coming back if he paid everyone back (which clearly didnt happen).

Astro had shown proof that he had been paid back and no one else that claimed they deserved to be compensated could show proof, so therefore everyone had. But the point of the thread has been reached and more information has come to light from Sector showing that you can't close a PayPal if it has funds in it, which proves that the PayPal with the stolen money was not just closed, like it was said to be.

@Leader me or Narc never posted on the thread saying we voted for him to come back onto the site, i think some people misinterpreted that. Just based off what I had been given and come to Narc with, we thought he had paid everyone back so we allowed him to create another pardon request, which he has not received any approvals on thus far.
