Pokemon Omega Ruby R4.

So I just purchased a 3DS XL and a R4 card, this card says it doesn't support the 3D function for games but I assume you can still play 3DS games on it, as thats what is listed.

Im not home till tomorrow so I cant check but I would like to get a heads up first to know if I can do it?
Also are Pokemon ORAS ROMS online yet to put on a R4?

I use a SNY SD card I think, and it works perfectly. I've never heard of R4 before so idk. My brother also has Omega Ruby, and he's like a super nerd and does competitive and has a nice team and everything. You should battle him
