Well I'll go ahead and write a simple tut on how to jailbreak your iphone/ipod 4.
Do the following steps completed as directed!!!
1.) Beyond this point I am not responsible if you screw up your device. It's completely on you!
2.) Make sure you've connected your ipod/iphone to your computer and have its firmware completely up to date (4.2.1).
3.) Goto http://www.greenpois0n.com and click the button that corresponds to your computer's OS.
4.) Once you have green pois0n downloaded , Run it.
5.) Follow the onscreen instructions that green pois0n gives you.
6.) Once that is finished go to your ipod and scroll all the way to the far right. You will see a new app called loader. Click it to get Cydia.
7.) Use cydia to get all your goodies and enjoy
