[POLL]JAVA OR RUBY ON RAILS?[POLL]

Okay, so I have the summer to do what I want basically. And I have chosen to learn a language.

I am very interested in Ruby on Rails and Java.

Which should I start with? Please remember I am a complete beginner. I have no experience with much of any language except a small bit of VB.
