Will there be a runescape black market? We can also make this a hidden section for members with X amount of posts to prevent Jagex from coming down on us.

Okay. I was not sure if the runescape sales meant items only or accounts as well.

Just add in your TOS that Jagex members are not allowed to use or view the forums.

Yea it will. If you put it in your terms of agreement or anything like that, they cannot take ANY legal action against you because they went against the terms of agreement.

This is why some sites ask "Do you work for the goverment" like, illegal sites. Just shut off your forums completely unless you have an account. Therefore Jagex cannot view it legally.

But not allowing Jagex members to join would be discrimination which is illegal. So, once again it would not work

This is very true. I thought most blackmarkets still put in their TOS that they can not be a member of jagex
