Well, I'm only able to give a maximum of +/- 10. That's odd seeing as how I'm Power+.

  • Did I miss an announcement?
  • Am I on a time out for reputation abuse (or something)?
  • Is my swagger unmeasurable?
Am I the only Power+ member with this issue?

The rep given from you is worth +5 more than it really is because you have so much swag so they made it so you couldn't +20

Known bug. When someone removes you from a group that's on your display, your primary group changes to the group above it, i.e Power. Last time, I had fixed it for Chill.
