You should post it as a private inquiry if you 'think' he is scamming. Let staff look at it first, making a possible community warnings is misleading.

Yes, you can take a gyazo of the conversation you had with the member. Make a scam report and provide all needed information.

It's not a scam report it was a community warning, and I already posted the thread.

Hopefully I don't get a warning level or anything :/

If you were scammed, post a scam report. If you want us to review it, post it in private inquiries. If your evidence is 100%, but the scam is not against you post a community warning.
