If I'm depicting the original post correctly it says requirements do apply for the giveaway and membership will be held until you reach requirements. That's what I'm thinking, not sure though I'm kind of confused 
 
@Felon If he's post was spam you should of won, And @Philly said the 50th poster gets it 100% free so I don't think you need any requirements, I may be wrong.

No he said it doesn't matter if you meet the requirements, but you do need to have master donator.
EDIT: He said you do have to have the reqs. If you won by being the 50th poster that is.
